Steve & Anne Desmit
Owners
Steve & Anne Moved to Florida in 1982 with their 2 children from Rochester, New York. Steve joined We’ll Floor U store in Stuart, then opened the Jupiter, Florida location in 1983 as a manager. He purchased that location in 1992 & acquired the Stuart Florida location in 1995. Anne then joined as the office manager. They are very proud of the service, products, employees and family atmosphere of their stores, and the reputation as the "Hometown Stores That Have It All".

Matthew DeSmit
Matthew DeSmit, innovative and works hard every day in expanding our stores with our Commercial business, communications, and our out reach online and day to day customer service. He grew up in the family business We’ll Floor U, but after graduating from High Point University he worked for McKesson Medical supply services for 25yrs starting in Sales and worked his way up diligently to a Regional Sales Manager. He has been awarded Rookie of the year, Salesman of the year, and many other accolades. For leisure, he enjoys fishing in tournaments, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Katie DeSmit
Katie DeSmit, I have been in the flooring business pretty much all my life growing up in the family business hiding in the warehouse with my brother Matt to working through my teenage years. I have officially started my career with the team in 2007. I’ve brought my love for design, marketing, and working with fellow locals. I have a Bachelors in Business Market from University of North Florida. . I enjoy making sure we have the best products and the best pricing. Also, I have always been involved in art so design and really making your home a haven and helping you to pick not only the best product for you and your family, but also the color coordination that look amazing. I have a daughter who has grown up in the Jupiter area so we are very busy in going to Lacrosse games, beach, boating and many other outdoor activities.
Rick Rogers
With over 30 years in the home furnishing industry, I transitioned into flooring in August 2024, bringing my experience in design, customer service, and home aesthetics to help clients find the perfect surfaces for their homes. I specialize in guiding homeowners through the selection of hardwood, carpet, luxury vinyl, and laminate flooring, ensuring they choose materials that fir their style, budget, and lifestyle.
From coordinating home measurements to placing orders with factory mills and scheduling installation teams, I strive to make the flooring process seamless. I enjoy the unique challenges that come with each client's home and believe that setting clear expectations leads to the best experiences. My goal is to not only provide beautiful flooring solutions from top brands in the industry but also ensure my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.

David Wood
With over 30 years in the flooring industry, one of David Wood’s best attributes is, and always will be, customer service. From one room to a large commercial project, he treats all his projects the same.
He enjoys the challenges and takes pride in seeing a project to the end. He loves that there is always something new to learn about the industry and our customers. Being able to educate and help a client with the right product for their application is what he values.

Clarence Banks & Aaron Poly
Warehouse Team
Clarence & Aaron keep our warehouse running smoothly. They ensure that our installation crew is sent out each day, receive all the orders, and keep the warehouse in tip-top shape. Clarence joined the We’ll Floor U team in 1998, and Aaron just recently in March of 2018.
